That's a verse of the Bible that a lot of people are at least vaguely familiar with. It's particularly prevalent in my mind because my friends and I like to stop lame exaggerations by pointing out that liars are condemned by that passage. But somehow "fearful" had never sunk in before.

Needless to say my mind has been wondering about that for the past few days. I accepted a speaking appointment this Sunday to fill in for a friend and I need to develop some fresh material anyway. Can you guess the outline I'm working on first? It's been an interesting study so far. Now it's a matter of getting my notes and thoughts tied together into something coherent and edifying for the brethren.
