My test on II Timothy went better than expected, even though I was somewhat scatterbrained at times. The girlfriend and I (she does have a name, refer to yesterday's post if you wonder why I'm not putting it down) met and had a good evening. It was an early evening, though, as she's running on very little sleep. That's what a 12 hour car trip will do to you.

 

I was the speaker at chapel this morning. My lesson went OK. Not bad, but as usual I feel like I could have done better. It's humbling when you stand in front of almost 20 preachers and several staff members and deliver a lesson. When any of them took notes and many sincerely said I did a good job it is a great compliment.
